• Submissions of duly accomplished registration form is required.
• Check Payments should be made payable to Career Executive Service Board. Payments may be settled over-the-counter or deposited to CESB's Land Bank of the Philippines - Account Number 0622-1022-34
• Please fax registration form and proof of payment to 951-4986, 951-3306 and 952-0335 on or before October 30, 2010. Kindly confirm receipt of your faxed registration form. Participants who registered and paid after the said date shall be considered as walk-in participants.
• The Conference Fee covers the following: conference kit and other materials, transfer from airport or the designated pick-up pointto Fort Ilocandia, hotel accomodation for 2 nights, and meals consisting of 2 breakfast, 3 morning snacks, 3 afternoon snacks, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners. Hotel room service shall be on the account of the participant. Extra night in Fort Ilocandia will cost P1,400 to cover bed and breakfast.
• Cancellations or changes in the registration should be made in writing and should be received on or before October 30, 2010. Failure to cancel attendance on or before the said date will compel the CESB to bill you with the full amount (7,500) of the Registration Fee.
•   Registration of walk-in participants will start on November 16, 2010, 8:00 am at Fort Ilocandia Hotel, Laoag City,. Pre - registered participants may also sign-in to get their Conference Kit.
• Names of registered participants shall be posted in the CESB website.
